At Botanical Reflections, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because I operate by appointment only and have limited availability, I kindly require advance notice for any changes. 24-Hour Notice Required Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours) A 25% service fee will be charged. No-Shows 100% of the scheduled service total will be charged. I completely understand that emergencies happen. If something unexpected arises, please reach out as soon as possible and I will do my best to accommodate. Thank you for respecting my time and the time of other guests.
